The beer can chicken demo is back by popular demand, and we don’t blame our guests at all for loving it! While it may look silly or it may go by a different name to some (ahem, beer butt chicken!) there one thing that cannot be denied is the end results!
For our demo we’ll be covering the skin in our favorite dry rub, Chick Rub, and then placing the whole bird over a half of can of beer. We use the Mr. Bar-B-Q Beer Can Chicken roaster because of it’s versatile design. It’s allowed us to experiment with other beverages and homemade marinades to change it up! While the outside of the chicken is dry roasting, the inside is getting a steamy bath full of beer to keep the chicken moist!
What can you expect when you see this at our demo or try it at home? You’ll have tender meat that falls right off the bone with a crispy skin!
