To us, guest service isn’t just answering your questions and meeting you at the check out. We are trained, eager to help, and deeply passionate about cooking. Let me tell you what I mean:Every weekend we do a demonstration, usually on some larger name items like the Vitamix blenders, Big Green Egg grills, and KitchenAid stand mixers, not just to show you what they can do – but to show us, too! These free demonstrations happen each weekend, Saturdays & Sundays from 11am – 3pm. It gives us the opportunity to continuously train ourselves to better suit our guests needs and questions. It’s not often our guests have the opportunity to be “hands on” with these products, but we allow you to. It’s one of the best ways to find out if it’s the perfect fit for you. The next time you come in and want to know which Big Green Egg suits your lifestyle, you’re going to talk to one of our Sales Associates who has not only made pizzas, roasts, and desserts during our demonstrations, but they probably have one at home, too.And if you’re really interested in seeing how something works but you come in on say, a Monday, that’s not a problem. We will happily do an impromptu demo for you. We believe that you, our guest, is our boss, and hey, who doesn’t want to impress their boss everyday? You’re going to have a different experience here at Kitchen & Company because while we may be a big store, we are a small company who focuses on our guests’ satisfaction.
