Thank you to everyone who participated in our Super Dip Off photo contest. We love seeing what you’re making at home and trying it out ourselves!
There’s something so fun and casual about gathering friends and family around a table of appetizers and cheering on your favorite team (or, in some cases, checking out the commercials). In my family, we compete to find the biggest potato chip in the bag and have a firm “no double-dipping” rule (new-comers learn quickly). We taste and we laugh until the snacks are gone… and then it’s time for dinner.

Hot Feta Dip (Kafteri)
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
3 jalapeño peppers diced and cooked (remove seeds for less heat; leave in for more)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender like a Vitamix until creamy. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and some chopped parsley.
To accompany: pita triangles, vegetables, chips, whatever you like …. it’s very addictive and delicious!
