We’re making maple buttercream cinnamon doughnuts made with the KitchenAid stand mixer!
There’s a great tradition of making breakfast for mom on Mother’s Day. Many times families choose waffles, pancakes, or, simply, a bowl of cereal, but have you ever thought of making doughnuts for her special day?
We’ll be whipping up a batch of Stonewall Kitchen Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts in our KitchenAid Artisan Series 5-Quart Tilt-Head stand mixer. We chose this Stonewall Kitchen mix because it makes it easy for the kids to help with pouring and stirring the ingredients, plus it makes clean up a breeze. Our other handy trick is using a doughnut pan for baking in the oven rather than piping doughnut batter directly into a big pot of oil. While we love the cinnamon sugar topping that comes in the mix, we’ll be adding a little homemade touch as well: maple buttercream frosting.
Join us for a taste and a chat about how much we love KitchenAid stand mixers this Saturday & Sunday 11am-3pm.
