Chocolate Espresso Fondue with the Vitamix

You might have noticed that we’re big fans of making Chocolate Espresso Fondue with the Vitamix. This recipe is simple, quick, and delicious – perfect for a last minute treat! Stop in this weekend to watch us make it (and try samples) or try making it at home!

1/2 c (120 ml) water
1 c (240 ml) heavy cream
1 tbsp Medaglia D’Oro Instant Espresso Coffee
3 tbsp (24 g) confectioners sugar
12 oz (336 g) Guittard semi sweet chocolate chips
Nyakers Gingersnaps, for serving

  1. Place water, cream, coffee, sugar, and chocolate into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 3 minutes or until melted and smooth.
  5. Serve with gingersnaps and enjoy!
